Once upon a time I was around 230kg.
Now, in December, I’m 180kg — all glory to God 🙏🏽✨

Choosing the gastric sleeve wasn’t the easy way, it was the brave way. Surgery was just the beginning. The real journey has been trusting God daily while learning to face food temptations, smaller portions, and discipline 🥗💭

I started with walks — slow and short 🚶🏽‍♀️
Now those walks lead me to mountains I never thought my body could climb ⛰️💪🏽

This journey isn’t perfect. Some weeks the scale slows. Some days are hard. But God is faithful, even in the process 🤍
